Experienced masseuse. They get the job done. Feels very stuffy in there though. They can do better to improve ventilation and air out the place better daily.
This was my first time visiting Tirta Ayu Spa, and I honestly loved how calm the place felt the moment I walked in. The ambience is soft and peaceful, the kind that makes you feel like you can finally breathe. The staff were polite, and the massage itself was relaxing enough to melt some of the stress off my shoulders. One thing that really stood out for me was the after‑massage ginger tea. I wasn’t expecting it, but it was warm, soothing, and the perfect way to end the session. It made the whole experience feel more thoughtful. It was a good first experience, and I left feeling lighter, and that ginger tea definitely sealed it for me.
I had the steam and deep tissue body massage here, and it was absolutely incredible! It was deeply relaxing and so relieving I hadn’t slept this well in ages, I truly slept like a baby afterwards. I loved it so much that I came back the very next day for a facial, and my skin has been glowing ever since. The atmosphere is serene, the service is exceptional, I highly recommend Tirta Ayu Spa to anyone looking for an exceptional & rejuvenating experience.
Easy to locate. Best to book ahead, especially in these COVID times. You are asked for name used to book at the gate, temperature is taken & you are directed to a sink to wash your hands once you enter. Some establishments are not doing this so I must commend them. My partner & I got the Couples Ritual Package for 112,000. They’re good at what they do, I had such an amazing time. Loved the ambience particularly because I don’t like noise and I like darkness 🌚 Will definitely be coming back.
Very nice place with lovley Japanese scents. My wife and I got a 2 bed private room and we were served by 2 Japanese masseuses, Anna and Aya. The room had it's own toilet and bathroom too. We thoroughly enjoyed the service. We had 30mins of aromatherapy and 30 mins of deep tissue and came out feeling reborn. 1hr of aromatherapy costs 18,500 while deep tissue costs 19,500. They have other types of massages as well and also manicure, pedicure and weight loss treatments.
