Lola April has the best service and the fact that itโs a 24 hrs service wellness centre and the customer service is great, for new mom or nursing you donโt have to work because they will sure help you look after your baby while you relaxโฆ I rate Lola April 10/10
The massage itself was decent, but the manager was rude and inconsiderate, and the customer service was poor overall.
Again again and again this was the BEST Treat I deserved and got!! I will be back regularly after this. I rested and to have my spa in the room was so goood!!! Spent 2 nights and no knocks for anything they allowed me sleep
It was our wedding anniversary getaway and we were blown away. They made us feel special and were intentional about everything from the Welcome on Saturday till the Goodbye on Sunday. We had our manipedi then proceeded to the Imperial suite where we had our night stay and other spa services.(sauna, body scrub, their famous soak, facials)we had our massage at around 11pm and just rolled over to the bed afterwards. It was an amazing experience.24/7 spa services where you could actually sleep and eat in. Oh the icing on the cake was the foooooood Jeez it was delicious and the complimentary gifts.
Iโve thoroughly enjoyed every visit to Lola April Wellness Spa. Their service is top notch and they take feedback seriously. The therapists are very professionally and highly skilled, they also have an excellent chef. Itโs always a happy day whenever I get to visit.
