J’ade Spa Lagos

My friend booked a Swedish Massage for me at J’ade Spa. It’s been many, many years since I last had a professional full body massage. My aching body has needed one for a long time. This experience was so lovely. The space was clean, mediation music playing, and their changing area and bathroom were comfortable. My masseuse was kind, gentle, and skilled. She found the knots in my body even before I could tell her about them. I felt so light and happy for the rest of the day :). Swedish massage is beginner friendly and I’ll definitely be back for a Deep Tissue massage next time! Thank you to the reception staff for being so accommodating 🙏🏽
