They insulted me for nothing simply because I delayed in sending an address. Run away from this delivery service. It’s been run by a mad person and a scammer. I attached what he sent to me
Horrible is an understatement. You didn't pickup my delivery on Sunday, 25/02/2024. I sent my account number for a refund, nothing till now. Yet, you have been ignoring and dropping my calls. I'll drag you everywhere till you pay up!
This outfit is a complete scam. I regretted not going through the reviews before making payment to this scam outfit. They didn't even come to pick up the package as agreed and they started putting up one excuse or another. Instead of making refunds they started avoiding my call. Such a shameless outfit. I hope this site is completely pulled off cos I noticed similar complaints in other reviews. SCAM!!!
I called them on 20/08/2023, requested for delivery to be made, paid for the delivery. The dispatch rider failed to pick up, I have called numerous times still they haven’t refunded the money 24/08/2023. Their attitude is bad. Scam
They are slow to respond and didn’t refund money back after failing to do the delivery. Scams!
