Everything looked good, the environment, oh I loved it. And the green welcome drink they served. Looks like a detox already and it feels good. But I guess we didn’t get lucky with the masseuse that attended to us on that day because she didn’t do a good job. I guess we will get lucky next time because we are sure to come back for them to redeem themselves 😁
I recently visited this spa and had a mixed experience. The treatment itself was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend them specifically for lymphatic massage, as it didn’t meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing the lady came across as quite rude and unprofessional, which affected the overall impression. The therapist was initially a bit unfriendly as well, but she later apologized, which I appreciated. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service.
If you’re looking for a good spa in Ikeja, I highly recommend this place 👌🏽 Clean environment, amazing service, good food, and the relaxation? 10/10. Perfect for girls day or solo self-care 💆🏽♀️
Amani Spa at Radisson Blu Ikeja is pure class. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, neat and properly set for relaxation. The reception was warm and professional, no long story, they made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. The therapists know their craft. The massage was solid, firm where it needed to be and relaxing where it mattered. You can tell they are well trained. The rooms are clean, quiet and well prepared, with good hygiene standards and a soothing ambience that helps you disconnect from stress completely. What I also appreciated is the attention to detail. Soft music, nice scent, good temperature control and overall organization. It feels premium without being unnecessarily dramatic. You leave feeling lighter, refreshed and properly taken care of. If you are in Ikeja and you want a proper spa experience that is worth your money, Amani Spa at Radisson Blu is a good choice. I would definitely recommend calling ahead to book, especially on busy days.
From the booking which there was a mistake in the timing but got COMPLIMENTARY SAUNA & STEAM which was kind of them. When we got there , got a wellness shot ( made from Ugwu, apple and one other thing I can’t remember) it was so nice of them and a table water Booked for a COUPLE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, but did not really enjoy the service at all it wasn’t what I expected the massage was not massaging so I give them a 4/10 for their deep tissue massage, I chose it cause of my back but they were just rubbing body through out really .the massage therapist were lovely and ask if we wanted a light or medium pressure . After which we go a tea & chips which tasted good The ambience was so lovely and the music was so soothing & calming There’s a locker to put your belongings and works with a code of your choice, for female locker comes with ( ROBE , DISPOSABLE PANT, SLIPPERS & TOWEL) Not sure if I will recommend them for deep tissue massage but will try to go for another service next time
